Great location right on the pedestrian walk in the center. Surrounded by restaurants, art ,and historic buildings . The parking was convenient. The staff were all extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was very complete. Everything you could possibly want was available eggs, meat, salad, yogurt, cheese, good bread, pastry, and an easy to use coffee, tea machine.

Location is the best in town. Reception service was very freinly and check in was fast.

The hotel was situated in a great location in the centre of the city and close to all amenities and a short walk to the old town. The rooms were contemporary, bright, clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and good powerful shower. The mini bar was reasonably priced. We had a room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the avenue so great for people watching. Very close walk to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was included and provided a good selection of hot and cold buffet. Small pool, gym and sauna. You need to book the sauna in advance of using it around 40 mins before but they tell you this at check in. Staff friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early on arrival and check out late on departure which was an added bonus. Really good value for money. Would book again and recommend to others.

Ideally located with fantastic views from the top floor, quite large recently renovated, sound and light proof room. Warm, quiet, comfortable bed, armchairs that you can enjoy the panoramic views from. An all-inclusive experience: wellness facilities, superb parking, great atmosphere, helpful staff, room service breakfast was a blast!

We were very pleased with this hotel. The hardest thing is to find the parking entrance, especially if it is already dark. Follow Google Maps but the entrance should be on your right, so drive slowly as the sign indicating the parking entrance is kind of small and hard to read. Once you arrive, you’ll have a barrier and a gentleman will come, confirm if you have a reservation at the hotel, and help you find a parking spot (can’t book one in advance, unfortunately). It’s a bit tight but doable. The hotel itself is very nice. Perfect location, and the staff was very polite. Our room was huge and we had asked for a balcony, and we had one! The sitting area of our suite was great and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok as for choices, but it’s downstairs and one day it smelled very badly there, like sewers. The other day, it was better, but we tried to sit closer to the buffet and not at the other side with more tables. The smell problem also affected our room, though. Not like sewers, but food odours (we believe the kitchen exhaustion system passes by room 202). Those were the only issues. Everything else was fine and we believe this to be the best hotel at Kaunas. We also tried their restaurant and we had a superb meal there at a rather reasonable price. Highly recommended!
